Head covering while listening to quran, du'a, and adhan

Walekumussalam,

It is not obligatory for a woman to cover her head while listening to the recitation of the Qur'an (whether through YouTube or an audio recording), a du'a, or the Adhan. Therefore, if she does not cover her head on these occasions, she is not sinful. However, out of respect and reverence for the Qur'an and the Adhan, and as a matter of etiquette during du'a, it is better and recommended (mustahabb) for her to cover her head.

Likewise, in general, it is a good practice for a Muslim woman to develop the habit of covering her head as an expression of modesty and dignity. However, when she is at home in the presence of only her mahram relatives or other women, it is not a requirement in Islamic law for her to keep her head covered at all times.
