Can a Girl Refuse Marriage Repeatedly in Islam?

Question

if a girls family just taking her opinion for a long time and she always said no, then again to the guy for who she was forced, came and asked the same thing, she said whatever everyone wants to do. Then after a day, she was not informed and just her uncle came and said to her we are arranging everything, if his brother in laws asked anything, just say yes. no mahr, nothing mentioned during or after. and his brother in laws told you there is discussion going on you know, what's your opinion, are you agree to this and she said yes. does this means valid marri according to islam? she didn't informed before and after how this happened, where this happened. just a vague story she was told to.

Islamic Ruling & Answer

Verified

if an adult woman finally says “yes” to the nikah, the marriage is valid, as long as this consent was given freely and without force, even if she had said “no” earlier.

Fath al-Qadeer, Vol. 3, p. 190
If mahr was not mentioned at the time of nikah, the marriage is still valid, and Mahr-e-Mithl becomes automatically wajib.
 Reference:
Radd al-Mukhtar, Vol. 3, p. 147

Although the nikah may be valid in principle, this case involves:

confusion,

lack of proper information,

possible pressure,

and unclear circumstances about how and where the nikah took place.

Because of these serious ambiguities, it is not appropriate to rely only on a general answer.

It is strongly advised that the matter be taken to a reliable local Islamic scholar (Aalim-e-Deen) or a recognized Darul Ifta in your city.

The entire incident should be explained in full detail, so they can assess:

whether consent was truly free,

whether any pressure or coercion existed,

and whether all conditions of nikah were properly fulfilled.

This is the safest and most correct Islamic approach in such sensitive matters.
