اللّٰهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

O Allah, bless the food You have given us and protect us from the punishment of Hell.

الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنِي هٰذَا وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ

All praise is for Allah who fed me this food without my power or effort.

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللّٰهِ، لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللّٰهِ

In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah. There is no power except with Allah.

اللّٰهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا

O Allah, in Your name I die and I live.

الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا

All praise is for Allah who gave us life after sleep.

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَيَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ

My Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance.

رَبِّ ارْحَمْهُمَا كَمَا رَبَّيَانِي صَغِيرًا

My Lord, have mercy on my parents as they raised me when I was young.

اللّٰهُمَّ اهْدِنِي وَسَدِّدْنِي

O Allah, guide me and keep me firm on the right path.

لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ

There is no god but You. Glory be to You. I was among the wrongdoers.
