Islamic Ruling & Answer

Verified

Walekumussalam,

If you slept without any sexual dream, no erection, and no feeling of excitement  and after waking up you only saw slight wetness or small white marks  then ghusl is NOT obligatory.

If you are not sure that it is semen, then you do not have to do ghusl.

You may just wash that part of the underwear or change your boxers. That is enough.

Reference :

โ€œCertainty is not removed by doubt.โ€

You were pure with certainty. Doubt does not make ghusl obligatory.

Recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas frequently, inshaallah  the whispers (waswasa) will go away.
