Is Gender Selection via IVF Halal in Islam?

Question

I am currently having 2 daughters via 2 C sections, for third C section, can I choose gender selection IVF method? will it be halal?

Verified

The gender of a child is decided by Allah, not by human choice.

Using medical methods to select a baby’s gender without a real medical need is not allowed in Islam.
