We value transparency and fairness in all contribution transactions. This policy explains when refunds may be granted, how to submit a request, and expected timelines.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Contributions made voluntarily where no technical or billing error occurred.
- Requests raised after funds have been disbursed or utilized for operational/religious services, where applicable.
- Requests that cannot be validated due to missing transaction details.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email your request to info@askmuftionline.com and include: name, email used for contribution, transaction reference ID, amount, date, and reason for refund.
To help with timely processing, submit requests within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Processing Timelines
- Acknowledgement of request: within 3 business days.
- Review and decision: typically within 7 business days after verification.
- Approved refund settlement: usually 5 to 10 business days, depending on payment gateway or bank timelines.
5. Recurring Contributions
You may cancel future recurring contributions at any time through the respective payment gateway account or by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future debits and does not automatically refund past successful charges.
