A: We target 24 hours for most answers. Complex questions or during peak periods may take 1-3 days. You'll receive an email notification the moment your answer is ready, and you can track progress in your dashboard.
Q: Is my question kept private?
A: Yes, absolutely. By default, all questions are private—only you and the assigned scholar can see them. You have the option to make your question (and answer) public to help other Muslims, but we keep your identity anonymous by default. You control your privacy.
Q: What if I disagree with the answer?
A: You can ask follow-up questions to clarify the scholar's reasoning or reasoning behind Quranic/Hadith references. Islamic jurisprudence sometimes has multiple valid opinions (Ijtihad). You can also ask the same question again to receive perspectives from different scholars if you'd like a second opinion.
Q: Can I ask sensitive or personal questions?
