Is Saying “Mubarak Ho” Permissible?

Assalamualaikum, I have saw an answer on this website , related to saying Ramadhan mubarak . Can one say "ye cheez tumhe mubarak" Or if there is a celebration A person says , I found this and this Can one say "mubarak ho" What if it's a non muslim

Yes, saying “Ramadan Mubarak” is permissible because it is a supplication asking for blessings.

Likewise, saying “Mubarak ho” (congratulations) or “May this be blessed for you” on someone’s happiness, success, or blessing is also allowed, because it is a good wish and a prayer.

If the person is a non-Muslim, it is permissible to say “congratulations” for worldly occasions (like marriage or success). However, one should avoid congratulating them on their religious festivals.
