Masah waived due to injury

Question

Assalamualaikum i have did surgery on nearby my forehead and i cannot do masah on my head because of the plaster around as doctor has advised to not even touch it even without water what should i do

Islamic Ruling & Answer

Verified

Walekumussalam,

If performing masah may cause harm and the doctor has prohibited it, then masah on that part is waived. If some part of the head is uncovered, perform masah over it; otherwise, wudu is valid even without masah.
