What Should I Do if My Voice Breaks or I Cannot Recite Clearly During Salah?

Question

Assalamualaikum, If whenever one prays salah , he/she feels like the saliva just accumates and the voice is not clear , so does not prya loudly , but whispers and has started taking medecine . It only happens during Salah , and not when the person is talking to his/her friends or singing something . Voice only breaks during salah . Should it be ignored , can a person pray loudly in this case . Thank you.

Islamic Ruling & Answer

Verified

Walekumussalam,

This is normal, and even if this happens during salah, you can pray in a loud or normal voice. If you are taking medicine, continue it, but because of this, it is not necessary to pray softly or quietly. It is just a natural reaction; ignore it and continue your duas and recitation normally.
