VerifiedYes. There is no specific authentic dua only for an ocean journey, but when traveling by sea you can recite the general travel dua and the Quranic supplication:
โBismillฤhi majrฤhฤ wa mursฤhฤ, inna rabbฤซ laghafลซrur raแธฅฤซm.โ
("In the name of Allah is its sailing and its anchoring. Indeed, my Lord is Forgiving and Merciful." โ Qur'an 11:41)
You may also recite the regular travel dua and ask Allah for safety and protection during the journey.
