Is Ghusl Required After a Sexual Dream ?

I am a woman and i had a sexual dream. I didn't think about it immediately but after sometime I noticed some discharge.. I don't know if it's pure or impure because i normally have white discharge and im on hormonal pills too. But today the quantity of discharge was noticable. Is ghusl wajib for me???

In the case under discussion, if the questioner remembers having experienced a wet dream (iḥtilām), but after waking up is unsure whether the substance that came out was semen (mani) or ordinary white vaginal discharge, then ghusl becomes obligatory upon her. However, regardless of whether the discharged drop was semen or ordinary discharge, it is considered impure (najis) in either case. Therefore, if it gets onto any part of the clothing, that area must also be washed.
