Fiqh-e-Hanafi ke mutabiq agar kisi shakhs ne yeh kaha ho: "Main jab falan aurat se milunga to meri biwi ko talaq" aur yeh alfaaz teen martaba kahe hon, to us aurat se milte hi utni hi talaqein waqea ho jayengi jitni martaba talaq ke alfaaz kahe gaye the.
Lehaza:
Agar ek martaba kaha tha to ek talaq waqea hogi.
Agar do martaba kaha tha to do talaqein waqea hongi.
Agar teen martaba kaha tha to teen talaqein waqea ho jayengi.
Aur agar kehne wale ko tadaad yaad na ho to woh ghour kare, jis tadaad par ghalib gumaan ho usi ka aitibar hoga, aur agar shak baqi rahe to kam tadaad ko shumar kiya jayega. Masalan ek aur do mein shak ho to ek, aur do aur teen mein shak ho to do talaqein shumar hongi.
Albatta yeh sab us waqt hoga jab waqai us aurat se mulaqat ki shart poori ho jaye.
