Does Breaking an Oath (Wallahi) Require Kaffarah?

Assalamu Alaikum warahma tullahi wabarakathu When a friend asked for a certain amount to borrow I replied swearing upon Allah(Wallahi) I don't have brother.... Do I need to expiate(Kaffarah) I later gave him the amount... A big amount

No, you do not have to pay kaffarah (expiation), because you were only speaking about your present situation ("By Allah, I do not have it"), and you did not swear about a future action that you would never give anything.
Kaffarah becomes necessary when a person swears by Allah regarding a future act and then breaks that oath, such as saying, "By Allah, I will not do this," and then doing it.
