السلام علیکم میرا نام واصف محمود ہے ۔میں اومان مسقط میں رہتا ہوں ۔میرا ایک سوال ہے ۔اگر کوئی شخص اپنی رقم پاکستان بھیجنے کیلئے مجھے دیتا ہے ۔میں گورنمنٹ ریٹ کے مطابق اس کے دیے گے اکاؤنٹ میں اپنے پاکستانی اکاؤنٹ سے ڈال دیتا ہوں ۔بعد میں اگر وہ رقم میں ہنڈی کے ذریعے اپنے اکاؤنٹ میں ڈلواتا ہوں جسکا ریٹ گونمنٹ ریٹ سے زیادہ ہو گا ۔تو کیا وہ رقم جو بچے گی میرے لیے حلال ہے مثلاً ایک ادمی مجھے100 ریال دیا 722 روپے گورنمنٹ کے ریٹ سے میں نے اسکے اکاؤنٹ میں ڈالے بھد میں ہنڈی سے مجھے ریٹ ملا 735 روپے ریال جو 100 ریال کا 73500 بنا جو 1300 روپے مجھے بچت ہوئی اسکے بارے میں شریعت کا کیا حکم ہے رہنمائی فرماے
