Should I Delete Pictures of Fictional Characters After Repenting?

Assalamualaikum If someone in the past used to watch animated shows which had haram things but now has left it all , but still has photos of characters in that show , which he/she found beautiful or the character was their favourite . Is it permissible to keep or should it all be deleted. Thank you for your time

If a person has now stopped watching such animated shows that contained impermissible elements, then it is better that they also delete the pictures of those characters. Keeping such things may lead a person back toward them again, so it is more appropriate to leave them completely.
