Can a Muslim Woman Use a Unisex Username on Social Media?

Is it permissible for a women to use a unisex name for her social media account as she does not want anyone to know her gender. But the name gives off more masculine vibes , but it's unisex .

If the name is truly unisex and the intention is only to keep oneโs identity or gender private, then there is room for it. However, it is not appropriate to choose a name that deceives people or gives the impression that the person is a man.
