Aik banday ne mujhe investment purposal diya hai. 30000 investment hai ek mall mai woh mujhe per month 20000 rent dega and annual appreciation b hogi mere amount pe aur har saal rent bhi bharega. And jab chahu mai apni raqam wapis bhi le sakta hoon without nuksan kya yeah halal investment hai ya haram

Ji nahin, yeh investment shariyat ke mutabiq jaiz nahin hai, balki najaiz aur sood ke mushabeh hai.
Is ki wajah yeh hai ke:
Awwalan, jo aap ko har mahine 20,000 “rent” dene ki baat ho rahi hai, yeh darasal ek fixed aur guaranteed munafa hai. Shariyat mein sarmaya par pehle se tay shuda aur yaqini nafa lena jaiz nahin hota, chahe usay kisi bhi naam se pukara jaye.
Doosra, aap ko yeh bhi yaqeen dhyani karai ja rahi hai ke aap ko kabhi nuksan nahin hoga aur jab chahen apni asal raqam wapas le sakte hain. Halanke shar‘i usool yeh hai ke nafa usi waqt halal hota hai jab nuksan ka bhi ihtimal ho. Jab nuksan ka koi imkaan hi na ho to yeh muamla tijarat nahin rehta balki sood ke qareeb ho jata hai.

Agar aap halal tareeqe se investment karna chahte hain to woh surat yeh hai ke munafa percentage ke hisaab se ho, fixed na ho, aur nuksan ki surat mein aap bhi shareek hon — tab woh muamla jaiz hoga.
