Salam, have question please at work place there 3 partner and 1 partner takes some food without telling other partners but i told him that to tell his partner but if he does tell him or not will it be ok to take the food for him in his car?

Yes, if the food belongs to all partners, taking it without informing others is not appropriate. But now that you have advised him, whether he tells the others or not, it is okay for you to take the food to his car. However, it is better to inform all partners next time to avoid any misunderstanding.
