Ruling marry with a New Revert?

Question

Can I marry a new revert that became a Muslim because of me

Islamic Ruling & Answer

Verified

Yes, you may marry this new revert, provided that he has sincerely embraced Islam and the marriage is conducted in accordance with Islamic guidelines. It is advisable to give him at least a year before marriage so that he can learn and practice Islam properly and strengthen his faith. You should also perform Istikhara and seek your parents’ approval, especially if you are young. In summary, such a marriage is permissible in Shariah, but it is important not to rush and to ensure that his faith and commitment to Islam are well established.
