By hanafi madhab, does repeating semi allahu lemin hemida after the imam invalidate salah? I was lacking behind the imam a little bit so when I rose I said semi allahu lemin hemida then rabanna wa lalken hend

According to the Hanafi school of thought, if a follower is slightly behind the imam and says “Sami‘ Allahu liman hamidah” while rising from ruku, followed by “Rabbana wa lakal hamd,” the prayer is not invalidated. However, the follower should recite “Rabbana lakal hamd” quietly when rising from ruku, either with the imam or immediately after him. Repeating “Sami‘ Allahu liman hamidah” is not necessary. The prayer is valid.
