Doubt About Washing Below the Chin in Wudhu

Question

A sister did wudhu and was confused about one thing , that would it invalidate the wudhu if she washed below the chin , to ensure jawbone is washed , so after she completed the wudhu , she began searching it online , and found the answer , I don't know what it said word towards word But she bagan having doubts if she did it excessively, but ignored them . Is her wudhu valid ?

Islamic Ruling & Answer

Verified

Her wudhu is valid.

Washing slightly below the chin to make sure the jawbone area is washed does not break wudhu. The face in wudhu includes up to the chin, so doing a little extra to be sure is not a problem.

Even if she used a bit more water, it does not invalidate the wudhu.

The doubts that came after finishing wudhu should be ignored. Once wudhu is done properly, later doubts do not cancel it.
