Kaffarah for wrong tooth extraction

Question

I am a dentist I wanted to know what could be the kaffara of extracting a wrong tooth mistakenly

Islamic Ruling & Answer

Verified

If a wrong tooth is extracted by mistake, there is no specific expiation (kaffarah) required, because it is considered an error.

However, it is necessary to fulfill the patient’s rights means you should apologize and compensate for the damage.
